Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions when glamping in Somerset!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we have food delivered to our Somerset glamping site?

Yes absolutely!

There’s no need to cook whilst glamping.

What is the maximum occupancy of each dome?

Each of our glamping domes can sleep 5 people plus a travel cot but the smaller domes are more suited to families of 4

Do you supply bedding and towels?

We supply all bedding but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Why is there a 2 night minimum?

We feel that one night glamping in Somerset just isn’t long enough to get the full Tractors and Cream experience and to unwind and relax in the peaceful Somerset surroundings.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets due to the local wildlife and animals in neighbouring farms. We are really family friendly and are aware that not all children are comfortable with unfamiliar dogs.

Is there electricity in the domes?

There is no mains electricity in the domes.

We have solar panels which power lighting in the domes, toilet and kitchen. You can also plug a mobile phone charger into the USB plug in the kitchen huts

What cooking facilities are there?

Each structure has its own kitchen with a camping stove and kettle, pots pans, cutlery and crockery, water dispenser and it’s own BBQ. There is a communal full kitchen a short walk away with oven, hob, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, salt, pepper and cooking oil

Do you have a hot tub?

No, I’m afraid we do not have hot tubs.

Claas Dome & Fendt Dome do have an outdoor baths!

The regulations require each hot tub to have chemicals and a full water change in between each guest and we feel this is a tremendous waste of water and goes against our environmental ethics

What time is check and check out at Tractors and Cream Glamping Somerset?

You can arrive any time after 3.30pm and check out is 10.30am – if you have time we always appreciate if you can strip your beds.
